1. Terms and Conditions for K18 Austin Hair Fest Distributor Consultant Sales Incentive

    

   1. Eligibility

   1.1. This sales incentive is an opt-in activity.

   1.2.  To be eligible, distributor consultants must sell a minimum 10 tickets to Austin Hair Fest between the contest release date and show sell-out to qualify. (Nov 2024, Dec 2024 + Jan 1-24, 2025 (contest ends on Jan 24, 2025).) The Top 10 consultants who sell the most tickets (“Grand Prize Winners”) will each win a Grand Prize. The top 50 Distributor Consultants (“Runner-Up Winners”) will receive  a Runner-Up Prize.

   1.3. Each Grand Prize Winner and each Runner-Up Winner must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and must be a legal resident of United States.

   1.3. Employees of K18, Inc. and their immediate family members, as well as affiliated partners, sponsors, and any entities involved in the promotion, are not eligible to win.

    

   2. Acceptance of Prize

   2.1. By accepting the Prize, the Grand Prize Winner or Runner-Up Winner, as applicable, agrees to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms provided by K18, Inc. or any third-party Prize-related suppliers.

    

   3. Prizes

   3.1.      (a) The Grand Prize

   The Grand Prize includes:  

   - Round-trip economy airfare for one (1) person from the Winner’s home airport to Austin, Texas

   - 3 nights’ accommodation (February 8-11, 2025) in Austin, Texas.

               (b) The Runner-Up Prize consists of a Herschel duffel bag ($110 USD value).

   3.2. All other expenses, including but not limited to meals, additional travel insurance, optional tours, activities, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner unless expressly stated otherwise.

   3.3. Each Grand Prize and Runner-Up Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

    

   4. Booking and Travel Conditions for Grand Prize

   4.1. Travel dates must be booked at least 15 days in advance and are subject to availability.

   4.2. The Grand Prize is valid for travel to arrive for the Event on or about February 8, 2025 and to depart from the Event on February 11, 2025, to coincide with when Austin Hair Fest is scheduled to take place. Alternative dates or extensions are not permitted.

   4.3. Any changes or modifications to the travel arrangements once confirmed are the sole responsibility of each Grand Prize Winner and may incur additional fees, which will be paid by that Grand Prize Winner.

   4.4. Each Grand Prize Winner must possess valid government identification as well as any other required travel documents.

    

   5. Responsibility and Liability of Grand Prize Winners

   5.1. Each Grand Prize Winner participates in the trip at their own risk. K18, Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to any Grand Prize Winner, his/her companions, or their property during the trip.

   5.2. K18, Inc. shall not be held liable for any flight or other transportation cancellations, delays, or issues arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, acts of terrorism, or health-related concerns (e.g., epidemics, pandemics).

   5.3. Each Grand Prize Winner must arrange for adequate travel insurance coverage for the trip at their own expense.

    

   6. Publicity

   6.1. By accepting the Grand Prize or Runner-Up Prize, each Grand Prize Winner and each Runner-Up Winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities and grants K18, Inc. the right to use their name, likeness, and any trip-related content (photos, videos, etc.) for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without further compensation or notice.

    

   7. Disqualification

   7.1. K18, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any Grand Prize Winner or Runner-Up Winner if it is determined that they have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent behavior, or failed to meet the eligibility requirements.

   7.2. If any Grand Prize Winner or Runner-Up Winner is disqualified or forfeits the Grand Prize or Runner-Up Prize, as applicable, for any reason, K18, Inc. reserves the right to select an alternate winner or terminate the Grand Prize or Runner-Up Prize offering at its sole discretion.

    

   8. Tax Obligations

   8.1. Each Grand Prize Winner and each Runner-Up Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may arise as a result of winning the Grand Prize or Runner-Up Prize, as applicable.

   8.2. K18, Inc. may issue tax forms as required by law, and each Grand Prize Winner and each Runner-Up Winner agrees to provide necessary information for tax reporting purposes.

    

   9. Force Majeure

   9.1. K18, Inc. shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government restrictions, or pandemics.

    

   10. Governing Law

   10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes arising out of or related to the Grand Prize, Runner-Up Prize or these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County or San Francisco County, California.

    

   11. Amendments

   11.1. K18, Inc. reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of each Grand Prize Winner and each Runner-Up Winner to review the Terms and Conditions prior to travel.
